"Een geweldig verblijf in een prachtige kasteel!"

Wat een geweldig weekend hebben wij gehad in Schloss Adolfsburg. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door Miriam, een geweldige host, die ons meteen een thuis-gevoel gaf. Haar enthousiasme was aanstekelijk! Ze gaf ons allerlei informatie over het slot en liet ons ook nog de prachtige bibliotheek zien. Het appartement is zeer volledig. Aan alles is gedacht. Het kasteel is prachtig. Zeer rustig en een wandeling in de mooie tuin is ook een aanrader. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen! Miriam was de hele tijd via de app te bereiken. Dat was prettig. Op de Booking site stond dat er geen WIFI was, maar die was er zeker! Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Loved our stay here! The castle is so beautiful and full of character. As was the apartment: decorated with authentic pieces of history, but with all the modern amenities you need. Great shower, kitchen equiped with everything you need, you can drink the tap water, TV, candles everywhere, coffee machine, lots of closet space etc. Views of the castle garden, which was also lovely to wander through and view the castle from different view points. They thought of everything here. Very friendly host. Can't wait to come back!

Mattress and pillows were a bit soft for what we're used to, but that's just our opinion. And in summer it can get a little warm inside the apartment since there are no curtains/screens to keep the sun from shining in. The bedroom is upstairs, so nights are a bit warm. But there is a fan.
