"Nice apartment in quiet location"

Everything ready for arrival and stay, clean, good communication with the owner since beginning, covered and heated underground parking place (good in winter and summer)

I would maybe add a photo of the locker opening the underground garage at beginning of the ramp down/handrail or paint it yellow - it is not very visible where it is

"Nice, clean, comfortable and silent accomodation in Cottbus"

Room is completely equipped for cooking and relaxing. Everything was clean, big bed, fridge fully equipped bathroom. Silent location and underground parking. Good communication from owner since beginning.
