Solvang Apartments

The host, the beds and the town.

The owner was very kind and helpful. It is a farm, so there are cows and cats, you can buy local honey and eggs. It was the first time our kids saw cows being milked. It's at the end of a small village, surrounded by nature, there is no busy road nearby, so you can enjoy your peace and quiet. The only noise early in the morning is a rooster. The rooms are modest, spacious, and very well-equipped. We felt very comfortable. We rent the bed linens and towels for 10 euros per person. Great location - a 30-minute drive to Billund and less than 40 mins in the opposite direction to Esbjerg on the coast and the Fanø island.

The only thing is that the top bunk bed looked a little bit frail and I was afraid it might break under a heavier person. Also, the mattresses on the bunk bed were too soft for me, but I guess that's just a question of personal preferences. The mattresses on the other beds were perfect (rather hard)

I loved the location and the accomodations. The nature around the property was also lovely. The hostess was very nice and helpfull --- very friendly! I loved staying there! Everything was great! Thank you

There was nothing that was bad

Calm and cosy area. Good beds. Chicken, cows and nice playing facilities for children.

The kindness of the owner and the good organization

The apartament was great, had a TV with android addition. A big sofa for relax as well. For kids it is a paradise with all the kind of attractions for them.

Great farm with many attractions for kids. Host family is very pleasant and friendly. Everything is very clean. You can buy there fresh milk, eggs and honey, so you will have a tasty breakfast.
