Nos encantaron las instalaciones, la vista de la habitación fue la mejor. El desayuno fue muy bueno, consideran opciones variadas para quienes tenemos gustos y temas de salud diversos. El servicio es excelente y fue muy bueno tener el espacio para snacks. Adicionalmente, tuvieron un detalle muy especial con nosotros que estábamos celebrando un cumpleaños.

Sería útil contar con orientación turística para complementar la visita al país

Todo bien

Los aires acondicionados no funcionaron durante dos días, a pesar de que nos prometieron que los repararían inmediatamente a nuestra llegada. Una pena 🙍‍♀️

Excelente servicio por parte del personal

Que me dijeron que había productos en la habitación pero la nevera siempre estuvo vacía, limpiaron y tampoco la cargaron de nada. Aunque no estaba incluido es importante que la tengan surtida por si uno quiere alguna soda o lo q sea.
