It is not indicated that the access to the beach is through private territory, and it is open only from 7 am to 7 pm

It is a very basic apartment you get, about 5 min walk to the beach. The owner lady doesn’t seem to care that much, she usually replies after hours but she is nice if you meet her in person. With some little care the apartment could be a very good accommodation.

Kitchen is filthy, full of little ants. In the last few days we had mosquitos all over us. We weren’t sure what insects were there. The swimming pool was dirty filthy most of our stay, except the day before we were leaving, they sent some people to collect the dirt from it. TV was only working on Netflix and YouTube, nothing else. Lights in the bathroom had water dripping through. Bulb was changed but didn’t help. No communication at all with the lady in the last day, but the neighbours from A4 were nice and helped us to keep the bags longer and they dropped us to the airport. We were even offered us to take a shower at their place after we checked out from our apartment. Roads around the property are so bad that you feel embarrassed using a taxi or being dropped off by a tour company.

Location, walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and newly renovated. Host is superb and even left basics on the fridge and kitchen for your breakfast.

All was as expected, nevertheless people should be informed that moving around in Punta Cana and Bavaro requires a mean to move (car, motorbike or UBER) this accommodation is not the exception. It is fantastic for enjoying the beach, which is at walking distance; where you will also find places to eat and drink if you are not keen for self-catering.

Host was nice. Near to the beach and San Juan Mall about 10 minutes drive away.

Had to change rooms because the AC in the fisrt condo didn't work properly.

Everything were perfect. First of all, Mrs Lumaris was very kind and helpful. Thanks to her we can saved money because she helped us with our activities. She gave us some recommends that was helpful for us, we didn’t have issues or anything problem. we really like it!

The value the location provides for the money is totally worth it. I really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and the place was already packed with everything needed to cook and more.

Very good location, just 5 mnts walk to beach. great host. Good size rooms and living room.

door knobs need maintenance. bathroom windows need curtains.
