La atención del administrador es excelente, nos brinda horientacion e información sobre todo lo que podríamos necesitar en RD e incluso mas, muy amable y servicial. En cuanto al apartamento es muy seguro, la zona es muy tranquila y los tour que reservamos nos recogieron en la entrada sin problema así que considero que está ubicado en una buena zona y el apartamento muy limpio, amplio y equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar, definitivamente lo recomiendo

The internet worked well

The pictures present a clean & modern apartment but I was accommodated in a spare flat which happened to be available in the same building (not clean not modern not renovated and having lizards and insects) - pictures below. The reason for that is that the host (subsequently to reserving it to me on this platform) also reserved it to other guests on another platform one week later for overlapping periods. The host chose to give priority to the latter ones, since they were staying longer (and this was presumably more lucrative for him). It was only at the doorstep of the hotel that I was informed about this. After my reporting to the platform, the host attempted to decline liability by falsely and intentionally arguing that I was accommodated in a superior unit (but allegedly unhappy since I would have been inebriated). This allegation was blatantly contradicted by the pictures I took of the flat and the story ended in the platform obliging the host to reimburse me 50% of the price I paid. Thankful to the platform for this but if I wanted a cheap dirty old flat, I’d have booked one myself. Other than that the host is dishonest and the location is remote (didn’t feel safe to walk around at night).
