Nothing, everything was great

If you are searching for a safe and good value for money stay directly on the beach, this is the one! It is perfect for 1-2 persons especially if you visit Cabarete for watersports. The owner Nikolai is super friendly and helpful, even spontaneously prolonging the stay was not an issue.

Everything’s perfect, furniture might need an upgrade in the next couple of years, but apart form that you have everything you need for a longer stay!

Great property, great location steps from the beach and a 5 minute walk from everything, great communication with Nikolay. The apartment is spacious. The pool downstairs is very nice and well maintained.

The owner Nick of the property unit was very professional and positive vibes! Greeted me when I arrived on property. Showed me inside unit property is quiet, cleaned and in good walking distance location to the beach. I will be doing business with owner Nick in near future. You can't go wrong booking a stay with owner condos properties its great hospitality at its finest!

Everything was perfect, but we experienced a heatwave. Nick promised to update the AC unit to a bigger one. Should have moved to a different unit, but by the time I figured this out, it was too late.

Nick was great. Unit was perfect location, clean and well equipped. Ocean Dream staff was very friendly.

Location is great, very close to the beach, LEK kiting school, restaurants, Rosa supermarket is just 400m away. Ocean Dream complex is very nice and has security. Nick was a very helpful and responsive host. The studio had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!

No patio/balcony, not that much of a view from the windows. The kitchen doesn't have things like salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The bathroom doesn't have soap or shampoo. Wasn't a deal-breaker for me at all, but smth to keep in mind.
