USBoca de Mar Residence Ter 1 was perfect for the time spent. Absolutely perfect location. Easy access for food shopping and beach just minutes down the block. Bodega and restaurants across the street is a vibe!!! Apartment looks exactly like the pictures on site. Inside and out very clean & comfortable. Kitchen provided everything we needed which is A+ would highly recommend booking. ***Alfred my host is the best. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He always answered his phone or via text when we had a questions. He went over beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Very flexible with check in & check out time. Would definitely recommend and satisfied we'll be back!!!!
USCommunication and availability of a host is key to me. Alfred exceeded my expectations. He greeted me with his family and made me feel like I was at home. A HUGE plus in my book. The extra expense he took for security measures sold me also. The location to me is excellent. Close to the supermarket, plenty of food options and the beach is a short walk away. Everything you need in give or take 5 mins. What more can I say.... I'll be back!
