Luxurious 2BDR condo located in Prestigious Tower.

The location.

The apartment was nothing compared with the pictures listed on the website, very deceiving.

Nice view of city

The condo is not kept well. The couch was old and dirty, bathroom mirror cracked, air conditioner did not work in one of the bedrooms, gross smell in kitchen and bedroom, table edges very damaged. The beds did not seemed to have been cleaned between guests…body hair on pillows and in bed. No hand soap….even a one-star hotel will give you a small cheap soap to use.

It was spacious

It was poorly maintained, full of old damaged furniture. Not that clean.

Location in proximity to Las Americas Airport. Centrally located to food stores, restaurant and views of surrounding City & terrain.

Cabinets need to be upgraded, coffee table needs replacement & more bath towels needed especially, hand & face towels.

Good location, close to the beach

Close to historic center. Nice view of the ocean. The AC in each room worked perfectly. Went with my family and overall it was a very comfortable apartment

First of all the building is safe, secure, clean, friendly and hospitable to all guests both foreign and domestic. what I loved is that the apartment is located in the Malecon Center, a multi purpose mix use building that’s holds apartments, condos, the Hotel Catalonia, and professional office space. it’s widely known .. so any taxi driver can find the building as it is in the heart of the Malecon area of downtown Santo Domingo. Additionally, Jean (Property Manager) was supportive , kind and hospitable. Example of this was a member of my group had their checked luggage delayed by the airlines… and was left without his bag for 1.5 days of our trip … once the bag was located at the airport … the airline carrier transported the bag to the our building and Jean facilitated the pick up of the bag; and had it held by security until we can get back to the building. Jean is a life saver … he truly came in handy. you need good people to help you during international trips .. as honesty is not a common place.

the property was superb … location, and distance to local attractions.. restaurants, activities and the building has a beautiful rooftop pool.
