Love it!

Honestly I have no complaints was great.

When checking in, I was surprised by the bars at every step, the entrance to the courtyard, the entrance to the entrance, the entrance to the room, to enter you need to use three keys. But the area is dangerous, returning to the room, not far from the apartment, on the next street at 20.30 we were attacked by bandits with a knife and robbed. In 20 days of being in the Dominican Republic, this was the first case.

Turning to the apartment owner for help, she explained that she could not get through to the police. Judging by the behavior of the neighbors and the landlady, it was clear that I would not get help in calling the police.

Manager was very friendly.

Needs to be refurbished. Very old. Practically everything is broken. Dirty.

This property is in one of the most peaceful and cleanest neighborhoods you’ll find in DR. Also, the staff and owners are very professional !

There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

There were a lot of cockroaches outside that quickly came into the apartment when the door was open.

The host was very friendly! She gave us some good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there was everything we needed for cooking. I liked that the host let me use their nearby hotel when I needed to work, which had much faster wifi! The smart tv in the bedroom was also nice.

Only thing is I wish the wifi had been faster in the apartment.
