The host is very nice person. The apartment and and the kitchen were well equipped. It is very close to the beach (40 meters) and a supermarket is just 3 min walk. And internet connection was super fast.

On the weekend there was a bit more noise comming from the center of Montañita. Tha apartment is a bit dark. Airconditioning would be great.

Spacious clean cozy wooden room with private balcony. There is a small kitchen in the room with refrigerator, coffee maker, free drinking water and plates, another well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. All door and windows are with bug screen, even beds covered with mosquito net. Good location. 1 min walking to beach, close to town center and Tia Supermarket. In the weekend or holidays, the noise from those bars can last all night long. But we get use to wear ear plugs, so it won't be a big problem for us. The host lady is super nice. always smile and care about our needs. One day I was sick, she even cooked lunch and brought to our room. We are so moved. And the host allowed us to check out late until 5pm, we appreciate that.

It's very hot during our one week stay of February. There is no A/C in the room, it is pretty stuffy in the day time.

We really enjoy our stay at this accommodation in Montanita. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities for a short or longer stay. The shower was spacious and there was a small table in the room to eat at. There were also mosquito nets over the beds which were a lifesaver at night. The shared kitchen was fairly well equipped too. The location was very close to the beach and the town, as well as the supermarket and the bus station. All within 5-10 walks. The wifi was also good. The host was super helpful and accommodating. We had a better stay here than in other accommodations in Montanita. Would definitely stay again.

At night time the room felt a little dark, so more and or more powerful lighting would do a lot. On the first night we arrived, it was almost impossible to sleep as the hotel next store was blasting music all night and the walls aren't one bit soundproof. It felt like the music was being played directly from our room it was that loud. On the subsequent nights, there was no music next-door, but you could still hear the beats from the clubs across the river, every night of the week. Make sure you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as we couldn't find them being sold anywhere in the town either. No matter where you are in Montanita, if you are close to the main town area this will be the case.

Nice cabin! a lot of space, have everything that you need, very good wifi. Marisa is very nice and welcoming person

If you want to stay in quiet place, this is not for you, i am ok with parties around, just used earplugs)

Really close to the beach, surf spots and clubs( a little bit noisy, bring ear plugs) The host is a great person, the place is clean and comfortable, we stayed a long way, would like to come back in winter when its sunny✨ Wish good luck to the family 🙏🏾 Thank you for caring

the cottage is cozy and an awesome experience that ends to quickly. Solar hot water great little sustainable place.

The discotheques in Montañita are too loud at night.

Beautiful place, very cosy. Mary is very accommodating, always helped with everything we needed. The place is close to the beach, and the town, but far enough so that the nightlife doesn't bother you that much.
