Super cosy flat, clean, safe and felt like home. Really sophisticated flat, well decorated and had all you need to feel relaxed and at home. Owner was great and accommodating. Location quiet and close to the city center by public transportation or taxi. Incredible stay.

The location is great. The host was very very friendly and accommodating and helpful.

This apartment was like a dream come through. Everything you can think of was there. Nice and comfortable furniture. The location was great. Upon arrival we were met by security, This place is 24/7 with security and cameras. The place was very clean. We were welcomed with a nice flower arrangement on the dining table. Made a big impact on us. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer. You name it, it was there. We did not want to leave and wished we could have more days. Will return for SURE, and do RECOMMEND this apartment 100% Had great communication with Edwin, our host. Two fully equipped bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in wardrobe, one with balcony, with very comfortable beds. And one separate bathroom. One Power room. Sitting area in the Fully equipped kitchen.

There was nothing not to like. THE PLACE IS A TOP 100. DO NOT LOOK FURTHER, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN QUITO ECUADOR. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE.

Very well appointed apartment with everything you could need provided. I've been travelling Ecuador for a month now and this has been by far the nicest place I have stayed.

this is an amazing property. very spacious and secure. we felt safe and it's in walking distance to la floresta and la foch areas. the apt is very clean and has parking and washer dryer. a very comfortable stay if you need something beyond just a hotel room. also great sunlight and bright with lots of windows. highly recommend it! the host is also very available and communicative. and the guards at the front desk are also extremely helpful and kind. can't say enough wonderful things about this HOME! we were so lucky to have come across this apt.

Beautifully designed. very comfortable, fully equipped. Excellent location with many restaurants, bars and shops around. Edwin is the perfect host who took very good care of us. we will sure return and recomment it to our friends.

This property has all the modern comfort required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen came fully equipped and well stocked with oil and spices. we were welcomed by a generous welcome gift of goodies. Having a washing machine and dryer (and laundry detergent) in the apartment came in very handy. Communication with Edwin was easy prior and during our stay even though we never met, and he arranged for a seamless airport transfer. The building is in a safe and quiet location, with 24hr security in the lobby. An easy walk to La Mariscal Artisan Market and supermarket. It is a good base to explore Quito.

We were 5 adults staying so it was not an issue for us, but just a warning that many fragile pieces of decoration may be a bit hazardous for families with little children.

Exceptional! The apartment is beautiful, clean and contains everything needed for an extended stay. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and we felt safe. The kitchen is large and is equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. Furniture is very comfortable, including the beds. However, what is most noteworthy is Edwin himself. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many places, but never have we met a host as kind, caring, considerate, helpful, accommodating, and professional as Edwin. Simply put, he is a beautiful Soul who truly wants you to feel at home in his apartment and goes out of his way to accomplish this. He is always available to answer a question and/or guide on anything you may need. We absolutely agree with the glowing reviews for him from prior guests and highly recommend staying with Edwin. We consider him our new friend in Ecuador!
