"Wonderful, clean, quiet, and modern apartment in the historic center of Quito."

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay. Modern, new, minimalistic furnished. The modern kitchen is very well equipped. The living room is great with a comfortable couch, the dining area has a large table, perfect to dine at and to work on. The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom came with plenty towels, soap and shampoo The unit offers a beautiful view to the basilica and the surrounding hills. It is quiet even though it is in the historic center. Great place to stay! Katarina and Ronald are very kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. Highly recommendable! I enjoyed my stay!

The location is perfect for Centro Historico and the owners are really kind and helpful. Happy to help with any questions and always available if needed. Not that they are needed because the apartment is clean, modern and has everything provided you will need for the stay.

Having to leave as I know I won't stay in a nicer place while in Ecuador.

it’s fine to go out but coming back is uphill and there’s not a lot to eat/do in the immediate area at night
