See avati ja valgusküllane stuudiokorter asub heas asukohas: nii Tartu kesklinn kui ka vanalinn on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Lisaks väga mõnus soe parkimismaja, kus soovi korral autot hoida.
