Hommikusööki saab ise valmistada. Olime kaasa võtnud kohvi tegemiseks presskannu, aga seda polnudki vaja, sest köögis oli olemas kapselkohvimasin koos kohvikapslitega ja 2 väikest presskannu ka. Rõdu oli vahvalt sisutatud - baarileti ja toolidega, et saaks loodust imetleda ja samal ajal jooki nautida.

Külmiku sügavkülma osa ei töötanud. Kaasa ostetud jääkuubikud olid hommikuks sulanud ja külmkapp sulavett täis.
