"Nice stay in a nice apartment with good value for money."

The location was great, the apartment cost, and the host left simple instructions as I checked-in late at night and had to check-out very early.

"Terrible location"

Nothing

The location is terrible. 20 mns from the city centre. The flat looks over the busiest road in Tartu with constant traffic. I had to sleep in the bathroom. The window to the street opens fully which is very dangerous. The owner doesn’t meet you nor answer the phone.

"Modern studio in good location with sofabed for two"

I got to apartment a bit early, but was allowed to go in. The keys were in lockbox and instructions were very clear

The bed was actually a sofa bed, not the most comfy. Otherwise the apartment is nice and modern.
