"Summer" apartment

The communication with the owner was honestly unacceptable. I waited almost 18 hours for a reply by the time they answered, it was already time for me to check out. Completely pointless. @booking.com I specifically filtered for places with a spa and pool, and this property showed up, but in reality, nothing was available. Beyond disappointing. The "home menu" claimed I could book the sauna an hour in advance… but how exactly is that supposed to work when the owner doesn’t bother replying? And seriously, there is NO NEED to show a pool on the website and in the photos if it’s not available at all, especially when the pool has been closed for the entire summer. Me and my family even had to consider going to another hotel just to use spa and pool facilities, which completely defeats the purpose of booking this property in the first place. Also important to note: this place is definitely not suitable for people who have trouble moving around. There are lots of sharp stairs, no railings, and absolutely no air conditioning. It looks really cozy at first impression, but honestly, it’s not worth a cent for all the promises that were made.

Spacious bedrooms, cool nice-sized pool, unique house, great location. Clean sheets, floors and towels.

Lack of proper curtains (partially light blocking but not fully). Difficult for children to sleep in summertime. Needs proper cleaning (drawers), shower etc and lots of fixing (toilet seat barely in place).
