Karusselli 25 Apartments

The room was pretty, very spacious. The balcony was huge. The apartment was also very close to the center of the city. The bed was very comfortable although the pillow was not, there atleast could have been mõte than one since it was very thin.

Well.. No guests are allowed at the property. I myself did not fully understood that before I let my friend use the bathroom, she was in the room for less than 10 minutes. When we were leaving, the hostess was coming back to the property, was very angry that I let someone in. When my friend started to defend herself and me, the hostess became furious, started to grab my friend’s hands, started pushing her, while my friend asked her not to touch her since she was leaving. So while we were walking towards the gate, the commotion was going on, the hostess was incredibly rude and was yelling and over-all being extremely agressive, I was out the gate but my friend was not - SHE WAS HIT with THE GATE so she got caught in between the gate and the yard. So safe to say the customer service was extremely apolling. Such a thing could have been resolved much easier without the need to insult, yell, push someone and hitting them with the gate.

beware of the man who lives in opposite house and watching while you sitting on the toilet or having a shower

Everything was mostly great, its pretty close to everywhere where i needed to go so i can recommend it for others. Beds were suprisingly comfy for the price we paid Sauna was also super good.

Only thing that is unfortunate was that only one friend got to take half of the shower before the water got cold because the water heater doesnt really keep the heat long enough, my friend got to be in shower for about 10 minutes and then he couldnt continue the shower because water got very cold and then me and my other friend couldnt take the shower at all but overall everything else was great couldnt really say anything else bad about the apartment
