"Väga hea koht nii lühemaks kui pikemaks peatuseks Tartus"

Väga hea uus rõduga 4. korrusel asuv korter. Asukoht väga hea. Laiad pehmema madratsiga mugavad voodid. Kindlasti soovitan.

Ideaalis võiks olla veel vannitoas rohkem rätikute nagisid, ja igale inimesele 2 rätikut ning vannitoa põrandarätik. Ning varupadi ja tekk.

Ruumid ilusad.

Kahjuks asus korter 4. korrusel ja majas lift puudus. Seda varasemalt välja ei lugenud. Jahedama õhu saamiseks peab avama aknad, kahjuks asub korter sõidutee ääres ja liiklusmüra on üsna arvestatav.
