Location on the edge of the old town. Parking in the yard. Balcony in a quiet courtyard. Pleasantly furnished and well-equipped guest apartment. Recommend.

Bigger towels would make this place even better

The apartment is very centrally located and has lovely views of Toomemägi hill. The balcony must be very nice during warm weather as it's equipped with cozy patio furniture and faces the quiet Toomemägi. The apartment is spacious and bright. It's spotless clean and true to photos. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for a good stay.

No bath towels - the ~50x70 cm towels are really not enough. The towels were extremely rough and will hopefully be changed for new ones before the high season starts. If you come by car, be prepared for a bit of a parking challenge. There's a private parking spot, but a bit tricky to approach.

clean, modern, very good location, very good communication with the host

one major and unusual shortcoming : the flat is on a 4th floor and there is no possibility to open the building door directly from the flat, if anyone rings downstairs . I.e. one needs to go downstairs each time and there is no elevator. For whatever reason, the system has been set up the way that if anyone rings a doorbell downstairs, it rings at the host's place/phone? and not in the actual flat itself.

Location good. Apartment was very nice. Recommend.
