Labai daug vietos, nemokamas parkingas šalia namo, žaidimų aikštelė ir nedidelis parkas šalia.

Švara - patalynė prasto kvapo (ją apsivilkti irgi teko patiems), bendrai kambaryje kvapas nekoks. Virtuvėje purvinos lėkštės ir įrankiai. Lovos tragiško patogumo, ypač svetainėje ištiesiamas kampas. Dušas gerokai pavargęs, srovė nemaloni odai. Vieta toli nuo miestelio centro, o kaina nemaža. Manau už šituos pinigus jau vertėtų atsinaujinti.

Excellent apartment, kitchen had all the utensils. Place was clean, had all the utilities. Could not ask more Location - isn't based in center, so quite around and there was no problem to sleep or relax. Recommend!

"Netvarkingas, nehigieniškas butas su kenkėjais, neužvilkta patalyne, sulūžusia sofa."

Būstas neatitiko minimalių švaros ir higienos reikalavimų. Atvykus teko paties valyti patalpas ir plauti indus, be to patalynė lovoje buvo neužvilkta. Vonios patalpa neprižiūrima: buvo kenkėjų, purvina ventiliacija, vandens pratekėjimo žymės lubose. Durys sulaužytos, apvadai aptrupėję, sienose skylės paslėptos baldais. Virtuvės indai ir keptuvės nešvarūs, subraižyti ir netinkami naudoti, trūksta elementarių indų. Svetainės sofa sulūžusi ir netinkama miegoti, kambaryje – sulaužyta kėdė, grindys nusidėvėjusios. Trūksta bazinių patogumų: šampūno, kabyklų, rankšluosčių džiovinimo, dulkių siurblio; plaukų džiovintuvas pavojingas naudoti. Ramybės valandų nesilaikoma – kaimyniniame bute vyko vakarėlis. Apgyvendinimo įstaigos atstovai ignoravo žinutes ir skambučius. Apie kenkėjus akivaizdžiai buvo žinoma iš anksto, tačiau pasiūlyta tik pilti chemikalus gyvenant bute, kas kelia sveikatos riziką. Būstas apleistas, nehigieniškas ir neprižiūrimas. Nerekomenduojame.

Kood ei toiminud ja oli vaja et keegi tuleks kohapeale koodi vahetama. Kõik toimus enamvähem kiirelt, kuid soovitus on peale koosi vahetamist alati kontrollida selle toimimist. Lisaks oleks hea kui koridoris oleks maast-laeni peegel, et oleks võimalik ennast nt enne väljumist ũle vaadata.
