Tallinn Premium Apartments

Everything was okay and the location is great, but apartament needs a few small things that would significantly improve the experience. For example, trash can in the bathroom, bigger pillows, something to dry the bathroom floor with after showering, etc.

In my opinion, apartament lacks coziness.

Уже воторой год подряд снимаем апартаменты.Все прекрасно. Локация илеальная (для нас) Светлая квартира,красивый вид из окна. Кухня оборудована.Есть вся необходимая посуда. Квартира теплая. Коммуникация с влалельцем квартиры есть и это очень важно. Легкий заезд. Есть парквока у дома(думаю;что платная) Пекарня на первом этаже здания. В общем мы довольны. P.S.кто любит кофе по утрам имейте в виду кофейного аппарата нет.

Комфортная, хорошо оснащённая квартира в удобной локации. Всё соответствует описанию, проживание прошло отлично. Старый город находится в пешей доступности.

- Location is very convenient, right next to the old town and the port. - The building is modern, with clean hallways and upscale elevator. - There is an excellent coffee and pastry shop (own bakery) on the first floor. - Spacious and convenient parking is available right next to the building for 6 euro/day.

While the building is pretty new, the apartment itself was in very poor condition: - There was a strong smell of a dirty rug right from the entrance. - The floor was sticky, the kitchen as well. - The bathroom (the smelliest place) was poorly ventilated, had mold all over the floor, and was heavily worn. - A thick layer of dust had accumulated near the ventilation exhausts on the walls. - The apartment has various light fixtures in different places, but about half of the bulbs didn’t work. - The chairs were broken and unsafe to sit on. - The sofa bed was a total trash - worn out and practically falling apart. - Half of the windows were broken and couldn’t be properly opened. - Netflix was not available on the STB, even thought many other entertainment providers were present.

Location, comfort, style. Really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment's location is perfect for exploring the Old Town (10-15 minute walk) or shopping at Viru, Rotermann City or Nautica (again, all within a 10 - 15 minute walk). The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Oleg the host was great. We needed a late checkout and we forgot some items and needed to get back into the apartment, he was helpful and accommodating, which made our last day much easier.

There are a few simple things that could make this apartment amazing. A toilet roll holder, storage in the shower and a dish rack. The shower is really bizarre, i think the idea is that it is a wet room but doesn't appear to be set up as one so within minutes the whole bathroom floods. Meaning you quickly go through towels.
