Good location, laundry facilities, comfy beds, warm, possibility to use kitchen

The curtain in the bedroom was dirty , the bathroom floor was very cold, the bathroom light bulbs need to be changed because two of them was working but the other two did not work on the ceiling, the bathroom door was making sound when you open or close them, one of the kitchen knives is broken - the black little one, frying pan was scratched. One of the dining chairs at the table needs to be fixed

Perfect location, very central, close to the Old Town, lots of bus stops nearby. Also very close to the Viru shopping centre. Beautiful building and nicely decorated rooms. In case it’s useful for anyone, this property does not have any accessible lifts/any lifts, only way to go up is via stairs.
