Izcila atrašanās vieta, lodžija ar skatu uz centrālo ielu! Ceturtais stāvs!

Dzīvoklis bija ļoti pavirši uzkopts, gruži(piemēram uz istabas galda)putekļi! Vannasistabas spogulis diezgan netīrs! Vannasistabas dušas durvis grūti attaisīt bez piecelšanas! Virtuves trauki un piederumi diezgan nolietojušies! Glāzes un karotes ar dakšām bija jāpārskalo pašiem!
