It was very well located and it had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay

I would have loved that the late check-out could have been until maybe 14:00 - but that is just me

Good location within walking distance to city centre and a grocery store. Clean studio with fully equiped kitchen and extra toiletries available. Complimentary tea and cookies. Laundry use is available for free. Very friendly and helpful host that can be contacted via WhatsApp.

There was some noise from the guests in the room next door. Wasn’t a problem for me as I wasn’t studying or working. The property also provides spare ear plugs! Parking lot view. Obtaining parking permit and accessing the accommodation could be tricky for a first timer or older visitors as there is no reception. E.g. the permit is left in a locked mailbox inside the laundry room. Thus, you first need to access the building with phone call, then you need a code to access the right level, a code to the laundry room and finally, you need a separate code to open the mailbox. However, all instructions work and are provided via email and text message.
