Bright Work&Study Studio with Rest Area

When I arrived at the place and entered using the code, there was a drunk man inside. This was a huge shock. I immediately called the manager, and they promptly arranged a different room for me. Although I was pleased that they resolved the issue quickly, experiencing this situation was unpleasant.

It was not too far from the old town and the public transport (tram and bus) are 1 min away

We had 1 towel per person to use during the whole stay. However, when I asked to have more, they provided them. The room was on the main street, therefore quite noisy. The curtain was smaller than the window, meaning people on the building in front could see inside the room, and there was also a lot of light every morning. Luckily, I had my eye mask. Lastly, the mattress was extremely soft, which is very uncomfortable to me.
