Jedyny minus to mała łazienka, ale podczas krótkiego pobytu nie jest to duży problem.

The location was just perfect for my needs this time (if you’re a dancer and coming to bachata studio around the corner - best place to stay)). Tram stop in front of the house, so you can get to the centre really easy and quick. Check in and communication worked well. Apartment is well equipped, good for few days stay.

Hot water was switched off and when checked in late evening, I was only able to get it back next morning. Would be nice to have written instructions for this scenario in case the owner is not reachable straight away.

Warning for anyone considering booking this accommodation! This is not the bright apartment that the pictures and title suggest. The apartment is on the first floor, and its windows face the back of the building, surrounded by large trees. The furniture in the pictures is generally the same, but upon entering the apartment, the condition is very poor, which is not visible in the pictures. In summary, I arrived at an uncleaned apartment, the condition of the furniture was poo, and there was a terrible smell inside. Kitchen: All surfaces, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, floor, kitchen table, and chairs were dirty and not cleaned. White kitchen chairs were dirty, full of hair or holes. The fridge was uncleaned, full of dirt and had hair in it. The kettle and coffee machine needed proper cleaning. Utensils, spoons, forks needed rinsing before use. The oven and stove were very dirty. The floor in front and under the sink was dirty. Tables were sticky and full of stains. The surface near the sink was black and full of mold. The towel hanging in the kitchen smelled. Ceiling lamps were covered in thick dust. White sofas in the living room were dirty, with holes, and the arms and backs were full of hair, dust, and tiny debris. Touching the sofa required washing hands because a strange layer of dust remained on fingers. In the bedroom, there were blood stains in several places on the bedsheet, and the hole in the bedsheet seemed to be somehow sewn up. Spiderwebs were in the corner of the ceiling. There was no ventilation in the bedroom; they were sealed on both sides. In the bathroom, the shower mixer was uncleaned, the sink, mirror were full of dirt stains, and the washing machine was dirty. ,this apartment needs repairs and proper ventilation, as upon entering, I was greeted by a strong smell of smoke, mold, and dirt. After two hours in this apartment, my clothes and hair smelled of it. The owner of the apartment was very rude and refused to clean it.

Near tram station

Apartment is dirty, there is moisture and dust in all apartment, mold in the kitchen and bathroom, used towell from previous guests, mattress quite used and smelly, it is not like in pictures, it is all photoshoped. Smell of mold and moisture can be felt in all apartment. We only stayed one night although we booked three because conditions were unbearable. Cobweb im all the corners, it seems to me apartment was not cleaned in while. Would not recommend to anyone. Never had such a bad experience.

The apartment is in the beautiful old of Kopli, accessible from the center by train and on foot, comfortably furnished, partially renovated.

The apartment would definitely benefit from more careful cleaning and better kitchen equipment.
