Aatrium Kinnisvara Riia str 20A apartment, 7-th floor

Access to the unit couldn't have been easier. A minute from the main road (so bolt drop off is easy). The host met me with keys and a walk though of the unit and leaving the keys after was a breeze. The space was comfortable and the chairs on the balcony came in handy for a rest after walking through town seeing the sights. The KGB cells museum is a 2 minute walk from the unit, and access to any of the university and tourist sites: shops, markets etc are less than a 10 minute walk.

My bad, but I finally found the laundry drying rack behind the bedroom door (my mistake for not looking there sooner). But super happy there was one to use.

Cozy apartment and very comfy bed. Free parking with your own designated parking spot

The flat was modern and clean. Beds comfortable. It had all the cutlery and crockery, large TV, dishwasher etc. It was quiet too as we did not hear the neighbours. 5-10mins walk to the centre. There were restaurants nearby.Parking space.

I am scared of heights, so I was unable to sit on the balcony. The flat was on the 7th floor. So, if you have kids, it is better to keep the windows shut, or slightly opened. Anyway, it is just my personal fears and for some people it will be ok.

Rasenta la perfezione: in casa non manca alcun accessorio. La casa è moderna, in una struttura moderna. Comodissimo il parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo compreso nel costo del soggiorno. Ottima posizione: ad una piacevole passeggiata dal centro e a pochi passi da un centro culturale (con negozi particolari, ristoranti e bar). Balcone essenziale per noi fumatori. Letto comodissimo.La cortesia del proprietario, la sua pronta comunicazione e le sue precise spiegazioni. Da viverla anche per lunghi periodi. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Peccato, veramente un peccato che la connessione internet non funzionasse. Apparivano le reti Wi-Fi a disposizione, il tempo di inserire la password e sparivano. Su su su che non ci vuole molto per essere perfetti! Chissà se il destino ci porterà nuovamente nella bella Tartu, di certo, torneremo qui…Grazie grazie grazie…
