Very nice coffeemaker

Very small place; and there is no separate bedroom. It is a studioapartement with a cubicle. So no privacy. There is no ventilation over the kitchen counter, so if you cock the whole place smells... The location is the worst; this place is next to a very busy road with cars running by 24/7.
