Dream Stay - 2 Porto Franco Apartments near Old Town

Bardzo fajny apartament w którym znajdziesz najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy na krótki pobyt. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko portu i starówki. Polecam.

The size is very comfortable for 4 people. The flat was very nice and clean and had all needed amenities. Location was very convenient, very close to old market and port area.

Location is great, within walking distance to the city center, port, and a mall with a lot of shopping options and a supermarket. The building is modern and the apartment looks quite fresh. There also is a parking nearby where you can rent and leave Bolt Drive (if available)

Firstly, the check in process is quite chaotic. You need to fill in 2 different forms, which to my mind doesn't make any sense as you are just repeating the data you already filled in. Only after this you can get the instructions to find the keys. The flat number location is questionable as it is above the door in a metal stand, and is difficult to locate. Second, the communication with the host is simply 0/10 after the check in. I have written multiple times and got 0 response. Maybe the calls would solve the issue. Third, the bed's back cover is literally falling apart but if you don't move the bed you won't notice it. Also, the kitchen table was dirty with what seemed like oil. The kitchen also didn't have nor a microwave nor any oil to use the frying pan. Finally, the bathroom. There are no capsules for the washing machine, you have to buy them yourself. Also, the bathroom smelled TERRIBLE for 3 days of my stay and hosts didn't even bother to reply (or even read) my messages about it. Release of the deposit was also delayed and required intervention of booking.com support.

Vislielākais mīnuss - depozīta (+100€) pieprasīšana pēc tam kad jau esmu nobukojis un samaksājis rezervācijas naudu, tā kā tā bija extra nauda kuru biju atlicis savam atvaļinājumam, tad atlikušajā atvaļinājumā bija jārēķina izdevumi savādāk. Pa lielam ja būtu zinājis ka tāds depozīts būs vēl jāiemaksā, tad noteikti būtu skatījies citu variantu!😕 Vēl Mīnuss noteikti ir dzīvokļa nummura neesamība, jo apgaismojums kas projecē nummuru uz sienas nestrādāja koptelpā...
