Location, equipment was good (kitchen and bath). Reacting fast to inquiries (dishwasher broke and was repaired within a day).

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived (no rating for that, because the host reacted immediately and got the cleaner to come quickly) and was unfortunately still not clean after the "cleaning". For an apartment which hosts animals: no-go. Mattress a bit old. Couch apparently used by animals. They had a baby bed but no mattress for it.
