Квартира на первом этаже и не пришлось высоко подниматься без лифта.

Хорошая слышемость соседий. На ночь отключали отопление. Отсутствие зеркала у умывальника. Диван, который уже нужно заменить. Постельное бельё надо было заправлять самому.
