Rooftop Apartments

Very clean (spotless!), spacious and modern apartment. Very easy contactless check in and great instructions to get to the apartment. Complimentary tea, coffee, cookies, tootbrush and tpotpaste etc. Parking (14€/24h) in front of the apartment. Location is good too!

Huoneisto oli hyvin viihtyisä ja todella siisti. Asunnon vuodesohva oli myös hyvän kokoinen eli 4 ihmistä majoittuu huoneistossa helposti). Sijainti hyvä (lähellä satamaa ja Nautica ostoskeskusta, sekä Rotermanin aluetta. N. 10-15 min. kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista). Omistaja vastasi pikaisesti kysymyksiimme

There was everything you need! Close to the main attractions and old city center.

The beds were sqeaky and loud, hard to move quitly.

This place is excellent and really good value for the money, I would definitely stay again. The apartment is spotless clean, spacious and very well equipped. Communication with the host was extremely smooth and easy. We stayed at a 71m2 apartment that had shower (no bathtub) and that fitted very well our family (2 adults and kids aged 4 and 1). The location is very convenient as well, right between harbor (10 minute walk) and old town (also about 10 minute walk), grocery store like 200m from the apartment as well as bus and tram stops. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning though, and it being on the top floor, I’d believe that it can get really hot in the summer. During our stay it was sunny weather but not that warm/hot (around 15-18 degrees Celsius) and the place was already warm in the evening. Of course you can open the windows on the ceiling by just pressing a button so that worked very well for us. But had it been hot outside, that would not have worked. They do have a cooling device (not AC unit) in the living room and a big fan in the bedroom but let’s face it: if it’s really hot outside they don’t really cool you down. But like I said, this wasn’t a problem for us on this trip but it’s still something worth mentioning. Long story short, we loved this apartment and its’ location and found it really really enjoyable.

We loved everything but the lack of AC can be an issue during hot weather.
