Host very responsive when we called to find the exact location of the property

The location is perfect, near to the Tallinn city center and the old town. The district Rotermanni is very pleasant and cozy, it has multiple nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is nice and clean.

We were traveling with our dog who is important member of our family and I informed that we are traveling with the dog when booking. Rotermanni Apartment page is marked as pet friendly and it includes also a note that there could be specific conditions. Just after booking (and I assume that the host must have read that we are coming with the dog) I have received a welcome letter from the host where no such specific conditions or rules were mentioned). Therefore we have continued as planned as we liked the apartment. One day before arrival to Tallinn (after the payment was withdrawn and after the date for free cancellation passed) I have received instructions from the host on how to get to the apartment, about keys, parking etc., which instructions in particular mentioned that "if traveling with a dog, dogs are strictly not allowed on the sofa or beds." In my view this is very important prohibition for dog owners which could have influenced our decision on this particular place (we wouldn't have chosen this place if we knew it earlier) and therefore this condition should have been communicated by the host earlier right after booking. Moreover, when I called to the host after our arrival to Tallinn to clarify the rule I was continuously interrupted and not listened.

Huoneisto oli uusi, siisti ja eriomaisella paikalla. Parisängyssä pehmeät patjat. Yhden hengen sängyissä kovat. Kivaa kun kaikille löytyi sopivat sängyt. Autopaikka meille hyvä lisä. Kahvinkeitin ja hiustenkuivain diffuuseri päällä löytyivät asunnosta myös.

Ikkunoista veti ja vedon tunsi ikkunoiden lähellä. Lunta satoi ikkunoiden väliin. Meitä nämä eivät haitanneet mutta yleisestiottaen ei hyvä asia asunnolle.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. Over Christmas. Lovely furnishings, clean and spacious. Perfect location for exploring Old Town and experiencing all that is on offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment, exceptional location with many shopping and dining options steps away.

Хороший район, удобно что есть подземная парковка, хорошая кофе машина и вкусный кофе.

Была грязная посуда в полках,где чистая, рекомендуем хозяевам перемыть стаканы(( и из-за сильного ветров открывалось окно в большой спальне, его до конца не закрыть, как и все окна( они до конца не закрываются плотно((
