"97% satisfied and the other 3% was minor"

The apartment was quite spacious, super-clean and, surprisingly, really quiet even though adjacent to busy nightspots.

I would have liked a squeegee on a long handle to disperse the shower water that leaks into the rest of the bathroom. Out on the balcony you hear music and chatter from adjacent restaurants, though it’s not all that obnoxious and sound insulation inside the apartment is really good.
