Väga hubane, kaasaegne, puhas ja meeldivalt sisustatud korter oli. Sisse saamine oli hästi korraldatud ja lihtne. Köögis ja vannitoas oli kõik vajaminev ja rohkemgi veel. Naabrid ja ümbrus oli meeldivalt vaikne. Kodu tunne tuli väga ruttu.

Sügavkülm puudus külmikul. Magamistuba oleks võinud uksega olla.
