Good location. There is a bicycle path nearby, and it was possible to reach Tartu city centre by bike in about 5–7 minutes. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped.

The apartment is generally worn out and has poor sound insulation. There is such a large gap under/around the door to the corridor that air and light come through. There were also several visible signs of damage and wear, including cracked glass in the interior doors and mirror, stains on the furniture, and furniture that was worn or damaged. However, the biggest issue was cleanliness. Ironically, there was a piggy bank saying “Tips for cleaning lady”, but based on the condition of the apartment, the cleaning lady definitely did not deserve a tip. In the bedroom, there were spilled chips behind the bedside table. In the bathroom, the sink was clogged, there was a used syringe on the cabinet, and old used razors were left in the drawers. In the living room, the sofa was worn out and stained. There were food crumbs from previous guests in the fridge, and some of the kitchen dishes were not fully clean, so we washed everything again before using it. It was also surprising that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided — only hand soap. Luckily, we had brought our own.
