Tuba oli jahe, arvatavalt 18-19 kraadi, kivipõrand mõne üksiku vaibaga. Keset talve ei viibi toas talvesaabastega! Televiisorit ega raadiot pole. Õues lumi koristamata, ka polnud lumelabidat, et ise seda teha. Nõudepesuks polnud vahendit, nõude kuivatamse rätikut polnud.

Nice clean apartment, friendly host, located in the city center.

The noise from the street was really loud and in the evening and night every half an hour I could hear people screaming and partying. It was nearly impossible to sleep.

"Suurepärane asukoht, armas majutus, hind hea, kuid puudused vähendasid olemise mugavust märgatavalt."

Asukoht Tartu ajaloolises keskuses on suurepärane ja atraktiivne. Valisime Gildi Apartmendi just asukoha järgi.

Köögis puudusid: 1. köögipaber 2. nõude pesemiseks svamm; puljongitassi tuli pesta käteräti nurgaga (!) 3. pikendusjuhe; kohvimasinat, veekeetjat tuli tõsta kraani servale, et juhe ulatuks kontaktini; mikroahju ei saanudki kasutada. Esikupiirkonnas võiks olla: 1. järi istumiseks jalatsite jalga paneku ajaks ja kohvrite hoidmiseks 2. väike laud võtmete, kinnaste jmt jaoks; need tuli mahutada köögilauale, mis ühtlasi oli ka töölaud Duśśiruumis võiks olla riiul, kliendi tualett-tarvete jaoks; praegu on duśśiruumis küll riiul, kuid seal on majutusasutuse poolt pakutavad pesuvahendid (śampoon, palsam, duśśigeel), mis mahuvad väga hästi duśśnurka.
