The location is perfect - only 15 min away on foot from the town centre, so you actually needn't use public transport at all and can save money on that! A very easy check-in and check-out; safe and simple. The flat owner was always available on the phone (had absolutely no difficulties in communicating in English here). Additionally, the elevator in the building is a huge advantage for travellers with heavy luggage. Quiet neighbours, so you could have a good rest after a busy day here.

The freezer is in need of defrosting to be able to work properly. I would appreciate the dish drying rack and a towel rack near the kitchen sink as extra facilities. The windows are located on the side of quite a busy street during the day - if you are away, it doesn't matter, but if you work from home, the noise from the open windows could be a drawback. Nevertheless, as the flat is located on the 2nd floor, there is not too much dust coming in and, once the windows are closed, the noise is isolated. To sum up, it is a good option for a 'work from home' mode as well.
