Bed too large for small apt

Great place, in the city center, next to the Old Town. Also, it's only a 5-minute drive to the ferry port. Everything is clean and tidy, like in the picture. Wi-Fi, refrigerator, shower, kettle and even coffee with sugar. Extra bed. Reliable paid parking in the yard. Elevator, which was very important for our grandmother.

Everything was great. The room wasn't very big. The closet door creaked a bit and we couldn't find where to turn on the light above the sink. That's the only thing we can say. The rest was great considering the price and location.

The person in charge of giving me telephone assistance was very kind to me even though I made a mistake that caused her an inconvenience, she was always respectful and I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

Great location

Beds were uncomfortable, specially the additional one, which was unmade when we arrived. When I book a room for 3 people, I would expect everyone would have a bed organized to sleep in. Also, the shower couldn’t maintain a stable temperature, and water would be too cold or too hot without touching the faucet.

They were very kind to me, always willing to help me with whatever I needed. Thank you very much for such excellent service.
