Tallinn City Apartments Kohtu Residence

The location was amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped (although no washer or nearby laundromat is a bummer). We loved the actual apartment!

The NEIGHBORS! We didn’t get any sleep because they were so incredibly loud and rude for hours during normal sleeping times. They yelled, stomped their feet, dragged heavy furniture around from 22:00-03:00. It was aggressive. I don’t know if they dislike having tourists in their building or what, but it felt intentionally awful. There was no way to sleep through it. As soon as we almost fell asleep, they banged something by loudly against the floor, laughed really loudly, dragged more heavy furniture… it was awful.

Die Lage auf dem Domberg ist aussergewöhnlich. Direkt neben dem Haus ist eine Aussichtsplattform. Die touristisch interessanten Orte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, ist sehr geräumig, wenn auch etwas dunkel.

Der Eingangsbereich mit der Treppe, die vom Hof zur Wohnung hinunter führt, wirkt nicht sehr einladend. Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Die Wohnung ist definitiv nicht barrierefrei.

Очень чисто! Были с годовалым малышом, которая везде ползает. Много места и чистота! Все необходимое в квартире есть. Отличный вид из окна! Находятся в Вышеграде рядом с обзорной площадкой. Большое спасибо за детскую кроватку с одеялом и подушкой!

В квартире 16 крутой спуск вниз как вниз как в подвал, мы долго искали где же квартира)) если у вас тяжелый чемодан, будьте готовы к нескольким ступеням.

Very clean and spacious. Good interiors. Very lovely staff. I almost forgot my stuff there and they immediately called me after check out when the cleaner had found them. I was so grateful for such a good help 🙏

Air conditioning could be a good for summer season. (Now there is a big fan)

Key pickup was at lock box in an apartment building a short walk from stay location, which also needed a code to get into.

El apartamento era muy espacioso. Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad, a unos 5 min ya estas cerca del parlamento y la zona amurallada. Hay sitios para comer relativamente cerca del apartamento. La.cocina estaba bien equipada. La cama era cómoda y no se pasa nada de frio porque hay calefacción. Tienen la lavadora dentro del apartamento lo que es ideal. La ducha no resultó tan terrible.

El apartamento en donde nos hospedaron era el número 16 y estaba bajando unas escaleras ubicado debajo de una tienda de souvenirs (específicamente del lado del cuarto). En las mañanas (a partir de las 8am) se escuchaban mucho las pisadas de los clientes en la tienda ya que estas casas son antiguas de madera, esto afecto un poco nuestro sueño. La presion del agua en la ducha era un poco baja.

Siisti ja tilava majoitus kahdelle pariksi päiväksi. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen tila, vaikka vieressä on näköalapaikka, jossa käy paljon turisteja.
