Lack of hanging points in the toilet and rooms.

The apartment is well located in Old Town. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable.

The apartment is in the heart of the Old Town, which means you have to climb a steep hill every time you come back. After spending a few days there, we cane to the conclusion that it would definitely be more convenient to stay lower down. The side of the building that the apartment is on is on a slope so the apartment is actually a semi basement. This means that access is down a narrow and steep flight of steps, something to bear in mind. Also this plus the thick walls means that the apartment is never warm. Our arrival was during rainy and cold weather so we requested access to heating, which is when the issues started. The initial message via Booking was ignored so I WhatsApp’d the management company. The response was swift, with a promise of a heater to be delivered. That was the last answer I received despite several further attempts to get a response. Despite having had acknowledgment in the morning , the heater didn’t arrive until 4:30 p.m. — and there was no communication during the day to let us know when to expect them. When the person finally arrived, he didn’t speak English and was extremely rude and dismissive. We tried talking to him, but he ignored us entirely, which was very unpleasant. The heater itself was small, very old, and not powerful enough for such a large apartment. We spent two days extremely cold, which is just not acceptable for the price we paid. Another failing was that there were no extra bed sheets in case something happened. Also, the fitted sheets provided were too small for the bed, which meant they came off constantly and didn’t cover the full mattress — something that could be easily fixed by simply providing properly sized sheets. Another inconvenience is the key collection and return process. You have to pick up the keys at a different location, which is somewhat common, but what’s unusual (and inconvenient) is that you also have to return them to the same place before leaving.

Very spacious apartment right in the heart of Old Town. Despite being at the basement there are windows with a beautiful view over the city which also enlighten the house.

The bathroom had no window and get quite humid. The shower is designed in the middle of the bathroom and keep the bathroom floor clean and dry is quite difficult

The key collection is convenient.
