"Cozy apartment near city center"

It is small but veey cozy. Has separate bedroom. Also very high sealing added nice touch.

It was right next to walking street where different bars and locals are located. All the street noise were heard inside

Расположение

Хорошее расположение. Но, к сожалению, есть серьёзные минусы. В помещении было холодно и сыро, чувствовался запах сырости, особенно в постели. В туалете заметна плесень на трубах, а на стене висит коврик, который выглядит очень пыльным. А чайник вообще ужас .Из-за этого пребывание было некомфортным. Думаю, хозяевам стоит обратить внимание на чистоту и устранение влажности, тогда жильё будет соответствовать высоким оценкам.
