"Modern apartment with access to terrace and view of the sea"

Location is amazing: close proximity to water and the quiet neighborhood. Great advantage is an ability to see sea from the main room of the apartment, however some parked cars blocked the view.

If the apartment is expecting to host 4 people, it would be of a great benefit to install the door lock at the toilet. Otherwise awkward situations are expected to happen.
