NIENTE

A 10 minuti dal nostro arrivo, ci mandano un messaggio su WhatsApp per dirci che per motivi particolari non riescono a darci l'appartamento e ci chiedono di cancellare la prenotazione in maniera insistente e ci offrono un'altra casa di qualità e prezzo inferiore, dicendo che si saremmo accordati dal vivo. Noi comunichiamo che avremmo parlato solo tramite la chat di booking e avvisiamo l'assistenza. La conversazione cambia totalmente tono e riconoscono il loro errore. A quel punto non ci fidavamo a presentarci li e abbiamo deciso di prenotare un'altra stanza all'ultimo minuti, pagando prezzi elevati. Assolutamente sconsigliato, poco professionali e molto molesti soprattutto su whatsapp. Un grande NO!

النظافه الفيو كان روعه والموقع والهدوء وتوفر كل شي بالقرب منك ومواقف للسياره فعلا تجرّبه رائعه وتتكرر فاق كل التوقعات والشكر موصول للأستاذة شيماء ماقصرت في التجاوب معانا بكل ذوق

الڤيو مقابل للبحر مباشراً رائع المساحات ممتازه الموقع في وسط المدينه النظافه ادوات المطبخ جيده الأجهزه تعمل بكفاءة

- المراتب كان يجب ان تكون أجود من الموجوده يوجد سوست بتحس بيها جامده - التسليم مبكر الساعه 11 - يجب يكون التسليم علي الأقل الساعه 12 ظهرا

الموقع ممتاز واسفل السكن تتوافر المطاعم ومحلات البقالة. الاطلالة جميلة والشقة يتوفر في مطبخها كل المستلزمات مما يشعر المقيم انه في بيته ومكان الاسضافة حريصين على التأكد من احتياجتنا وملاحظاتنا. مستوى النظافة متفاوت فالحمام والفرش نظيفة ولكن الجدران والدواليب والارضيات كانت دون المستوى المطلوب

قبل اى تقييم لهذا المكان الرائع أتوجه بالشكر للمضيف وطاقم العمل على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة وأخص بالذكر أ/شهد ،شكر كبير ليها على سرعة الاستجابة والمتابعة الدائمة لإحتياجتنا أثناء الإقامة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل . إلى جانب المرونة فى التعامل والحرص على إرضاء الضيوف وجعل الإقامة مريحة فعلا . أما عن المكان ،فالشقة بالفعل أستثنائية .تطل مباشرة على البحر . موقع مثالى بالقرب من كافة المرافق والخدمات، وسهولة الوصول للعنوان بالنسبة لخدمات التوصيل للمنزل . المكان نظيف ،والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل والأجهزة تعمل بكفاءة . الأسرّة مريحة والفرش نظيف . وبالتأكيد لنا عودة مرة أخرى، إن شاءالله.
