Nice view In front of the lagoon

It wasn’t clean enough A lot of insects inside the house Tv wasn’t smart Lightning wasn’t enough Wi fi wasn’t working Terrace wasn’t clean there was a lot of dust on the couch and chairs

location was perfect house was very clean loved the decor ans athsetitc of the house very warm and welcoming terrace was so pretty in the morning the bathroom was very clean bedrooms were spacious a lovely community over all. cant wait to book the house again!!

location and amenities and ease of check-in process chalet is well furnished host is super friendly and helpful so close to the lagoon beach and the water is super great colors and furniture are super comfy and relaxing

the security checks prior to receiving the keys also it would be nice to add a mob or add an external water tab in the chalet garden to avoid getting the dirt inside Kitchen needs more light

Clean, good location, cozy and the house manager is sweet and thoughtful.

The house owner is not nice, the house wasn’t ready on the mentioned time, i had to check in at 1530 that makes me waste the day. The Gate pass got ready the next day of staying, however i have sent the required IDs on time, It results that I got stuck with my family at Gouna gate after 6 hours of driving to be able to access the vicinity gate, while the owner is not picking up the phone, at the end i had to use my contacts to access the gate, also he didn’t bother to call and apologize, he just texted me the next day that the gate passes are ready. The A/C wasn’t working at one of the two rooms.
