Apartment for kitesurflovers

The flat is super new. It was super clean and everything you need for life is here: all kitchen facilities, some food, tea, coffee. I must say about exceptional sea view. We really enjoyed our two balconies.

We like Kitesurf so for us personally it was very important to have kite station just few steps from flat + nice Medusa bar with nice food. The beach is also very nice and well equipped. We really like the place and hope we will come back soon. Thank you, guys for this place. ❤️

Very nice apartment with access to the main facilities (pool and beach) of the Palma Resort. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and has everything you need. The view from the two balconies ist great. It is ideal for Kitesurfers, because the beach with two kite schools is very close (we recommend staying at Sultans Kite School) and you can easily store and dry your equipment in the apartment. Supermarket is 20 min walking distance and there are a few small shops in the neighbourhood.

The apartment is located within the Palma Resort, which was difficult to find. The staff of the hotel couldn't help us and a better description, how to get there would be helpful. However, in the end we found it and got the keys from the key box in front of the apartment. The WLAN did not work. The owner couldn't fix it during our stay, but hopefully its working again for the next guests.

The apartment is new, totally furnished. Exactly as it appears in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are large and functional, towels and linen are cozy. Kitchen is full equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refri, cutlery, crockery... Two balconies facing the common swimming pool and the sea. Great for kiters or beach lovers. There are small shops nearby and a nice restaurant

The external access to the building is dirty and seems to be abandoned. However, the pool and gardens are well maintained
