Moon Valley Apartments

L'hotel è stato difficilissimo da raggiungere, la posizione non era corretta. La stanza non era pulita, c'era solo una saponetta già usata a disposizione. Il giorno dopo siamo tornati a ritirare i bagagli e nessuno ci ha aperto il cancello per un'ora, siamo rimasti fuori in mezzo al nulla bussando ripetutamente al cancello, nessuno era reperibile al telefono.

Toller Vermieter , hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt, große Wohnung mit einem mega Ausblick . Die Dachterrasse hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Im großen und ganzen habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können

Es war einfach nur fantastisch und sehr schön gewesen. Gott sei Dank war bei der Hitze der Pool sehr erfrischend. Und das Personal war supi freundlich.

Fantastic place!! The apartment is huge, very clean and modern. Clean swimming pool; very quite area without noise and just 6 minutes walking to caffe shops and local restaurants.

Very spacious Apartment. Had a spacious Bathtub in every bathroom, Bidets in Toilets, Large Living Rooms, Open Kitchen, Fridge, Balcony on both sides, one facing the Swinning Pool and one facing the Farm. Weather in Luxor can get really hot: It can get really hot but the host apartments are really good and you can sleep like a baby when everything is working. Host: The Host - Komy overall has done a faboulous job of the property. In terms of amenities, its the best apartments I have ever been to. The host also helped us choose the best restaurants on the West Bank & drove is in his own car. The others we went to on our own in Luxor, were very bad for the same food items. He also taught us a card game on the last day. Electricity is the only problem that sent shivers down our spine but that wasnt the hosts fault and nor is the location. Location was our choice but during booking we didnt expect that it would be so remote.

Location: Extremely Remote and on the West Bank. No Shops nearby. It's more like staying in a remote farm house with no tourists or people around. The part that creeped us out is when the electricity went off at 4 am in the morning and we weren't able to reach the host. The boy who works at the property also wasn't there since he comes only during day. We were alone, remote, new country who are arabic speaking and thus that night we locked our kids bedrooms and slept. Personally, Me & my wife didn't get much sleep that night as it was our first night at the property. We thought of shifting to the east bank the very next day. However, in the morning, once the host entered the property, we alerted him of the same and he fixed the problem and we calmed down. Apparently, in Luxor they have a Electricity Recharge Card system and his card was faulty. This delayed the power backup. The kids were happy of the place and they didn't realised the electricity issue as they slept right through it. We didn't face such electricity problem after, besides 2 hours before checkout during the day, which was fixed immediately. Accessibility: To get anything from market which is on the Nile, we have to go by Host's car for 150 Egyptian Pounds (one-way). So we have to plan what to buy or get. The property is on the West Bank which is not as much happening as the East Bank. On the East Bank you also have Mc Donalds which we managed to grab 2/3 days we were in Luxor. Most of the food is average to ok among Egyptian food. We got tired of the limited options we had on the West bank. The moment we got to the east, we chose Mc Donalds.

The appartment was located in a calm area with no noises around, perfect for a good proper sleep after visiting Luxor. The appartment was always clean and organized and the quality of the rooms was above expectations. Common areas and pool are amazing. I wanted to highlight the attention of the owner and his team, always there to help!

Nothing, everything was more than good

El Komi was a gentleman , he made me and the family in all way comfortable The breakfast was modest and delicious The apartment was spacious and very clean The pool was a very good idea for the kids I felt as i was at home Thank you Komi for your hospitality

The owner Mohamed was very accommodating. The first floor room had a lounge room and kitchen,with balconies on both sides of the apartment
