Rooftop terrace at night - the view on the Nile is amazing.

The waterpressure was sometimes too low. The bathroom tap wasn't even working, but it was no big problem.

Had the best time in Luxor with the kindest and most caring host ever! The apartment is perfectly located with local restaurants nearby. We even had dinner with the host, and it was delicious. We’ll be forever thankful for this unforgettable moment. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely restaurant accross the road, especially in the evening with the family. Staff was very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. We did forget a bag once at the restaurant with cash/credit card etc... inside, which was found and returned to us the following day (with all valuables). We even had the owner contacting us on that day to make sure everything was ok. We felt in any other place the bag would have been lost and were super happy with the outcome

Sunny Luxor was in a quiet section of Luxor, it had an excellent view of the Nile for sunset, and a wonderful view of the balloons at sunrise on the other side. Sunny organised a balloon tour and a driver for the Valley of the Kings tour *his name was Mohammed - he was excellent!!!* The balloons are always a risk with weather cancellations but we were lucky and they weren't cancelled. The apartment was huge and comfortable.

Everything 1 it was not two bedrooms one full bedroom and two beds in the living room kitchen area 2 the apartment was dirty we stayed because it was a over night trip 3 the bathroom was covered in mosquitoes it looked half finished I don't know where the reviews previously have come from but nothing was clean but I guess you the charge per night should be a lot lower as there are more clean apartments around that area
