"nice clean apartment but disappointed with the management and owner attitude."

It’s clean

It’s-on the 16 floor and we had to go all the way down with 4 kids and a push chair,because the power was off and no one told us that the power goes off every day for an hour from 5:30 pm. And the next day the power was off again from the flat for two hours and no one came to fix it until we left.

The apartment was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The view was amazing exactly similar to the pictures. The location was close to good shops and restaurants. The check in was easy. Mr Hussein was caring and attentive, he even send locations and schedules of famous landmarks and restaurants to visit. We would definitely like to go again.

No hot water, no usable internet, air conditioning in master bedroom didn’t work properly (lacked cold air), inadequate and insufficient bath towels.

+ Amazing view on the sea + Fast Wi-Fi + We left our bags in the lobby 10hrs before check-in with no issues

- Hot water in the shower was turning off at times, the solution was to leave the tap running hot, after the gas water heater kicked in
